Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer (all genders)

• Join our us as a Senior QA Engineer, support our Embedded team and play a key role in delivering high-quality embedded products.
• Provide technical expertise in defining test strategies, improving test coverage, and developing test automation for embedded systems.
• Take ownership of the existing embedded testing landscape and continuously improve test coverage, quality, and reliability.
• Take ownership of product quality throughout the development lifecycle, from requirements clarification to release validation.
• Design, implement, and maintain effective manual and automated testing approaches for embedded systems.
• Identify quality risks, support root cause analysis, and drive improvements to product reliability and performance.
• Support release validation activities and help ensure reliable product deliveries.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and engineering stakeholders to clarify requirements, analyze defects, and support release decisions.
• Contribute to improving QA processes, testing infrastructure, and engineering best practices

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, software engineering, or related qualification
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration, system, exploratory, risk-based testing)
• Hands-on experience with embedded systems and testing of hardware-related products
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols and interfaces is a plus
• Experience with test automation (experience with Python and Playwright would be a plus)
• Certification at ISTQB Foundation Level and experience with ISO9001 is a plus
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum processes
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines
• Fluent English communication skills are a must-have (German is a plus but not required)
