Working Student Proposal Management (all genders)

Your mission:

  • You support our Proposal Management & Grid Code Compliance (GCC) team and and gain insights into international bidding processes in the renewable energy sector
  • You contribute to the preparation of proposals for control and automation solutions for PV and battery systems and support the structured preparation of both technical and commercial content
  • You work closely with colleagues from Sales, Development, and Commissioning and support the alignment of technical requirements with internal stakeholders 
  • You assist with maintaining and organizing project-related information and reports in internal tools such as Confluence and YouTrack
  • You contribute your own ideas to the further development of our solutions and proposal processes and learn from experienced colleagues in day-to-day business

We offer you a working student job during your studies (15-20 hours / week, during the lecture-free period also more). We can arrange the working hours flexibly.

Your profile:

  • You are currently studying electrical engineering, energy engineering, renewable energies, or a comparable degree program
  • You are interested in renewable energy systems, particularly in PV and battery storage technologies
  • You have a basic understanding of electrical engineering principles and are eager to learn more about energy system requirement
  • You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working in a structured and solution-oriented way
  • You are communicative, enjoy working in cross-functional teams, and feel comfortable interacting with internal stakeholders
  • You have a good command of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • First experience or strong interest in technical documentation and proposals is an advantage
  • Very good German and English skills are mandatory
