Your mission:

Take full ownership of monitoring, SCADA and feed-in management projects for PV, BESS and hybrid power plants across the EU South region
Develop and manage project plans, budgets and timelines, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
Design and validate system architectures, ensuring technical feasibility and grid code compliance
Act as the key interface between customers, sales, engineering and external partners
Lead commissioning activities, perform basic configurations and troubleshoot technical issues
Prepare technical documentation and represent meteocontrol at customer meetings and industry events

Your profile:

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Communications Engineering or a comparable technical field
2–3 years of experience in project management within renewable energy, PV, BESS or industrial automation
Solid understanding of SCADA systems, monitoring solutions and power plant communication architectures
Structured and independent working style with strong ownership mindset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mentality
Customer-oriented, solution-driven and commercially aware
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Willingness to travel within the EU South region
Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken); additional Southern European language(s) are a plus
