Das erwartet dich:

Aufbau und Etablierung zentraler Geschäftsprozesse (z. B. Einkauf, Vertrieb, Projektabwicklung)
Entwicklung und Einführung von Templates, Vorlagen und Standards für wiederkehrende Abläufe
Definition und Umsetzung klarer Workflows für Bestellungen, Lieferungen und interne Abstimmungen
Eigenverantwortliche Koordination von Einkaufs- und Verkaufsprozessen
Sicherstellung effizienter kaufmännischer Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft
Verantwortung für Accounting-nahe Themen (Rechnungsprüfung, Belegwesen, Vorbereitung für Steuerberater)

Das bringst du mit:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Operations, Prozessmanagement oder vergleichbarer Rolle
Erfahrung im Aufbau von Strukturen und Prozessen in kleinen oder wachsenden Organisationen
Fähigkeit, vorhandene Ansätze in funktionierende, pragmatische Lösungen zu überführen
Sehr strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Sicherer Umgang mit kaufmännischen Abläufen und Zahlen
Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Umsetzungsstärke („Hands-on“)
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Your mission:

Designing and implementing core business processes (e.g., purchasing, sales, project management)
Developing and introducing templates, guidelines, and standards for recurring processes
Defining and implementing clear workflows for orders, deliveries, and internal coordination
Independently coordinating purchasing and sales processes
Ensuring efficient commercial processes in day-to-day operations
Responsibility for accounting-related tasks (invoice verification, document management, preparation for tax advisors)

Your focus:
You will create a functional operational foundation that grows alongside the company.

Your profile:

Completed business training or comparable qualification
At least 5 years of experience in operations, process management, or a comparable role
Experience in establishing structures and processes in small or growing organizations
Ability to translate existing approaches into effective, pragmatic solutions
Highly structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style
Proficiency in business processes and numbers
High level of personal responsibility and strong implementation skills (“hands-on”)
Very good German and good English skills
