Proposal Manager (all genders)

Permanent employee, Full-time · Madrid

Your mission:

Planning and drafting monitoring, SCADA and feed-in management solutions for utility scale photovoltaic, BESS and hybrid power plants,
First technical contact for our sales department and our customers,
Tackle technical challenges with a solution-driven mindset and a passion for innovation,
Interface between the sales departments, utility solutions and other internal departments,
Coordinate technical requirements with customers, utilities, grid operators and internal departments to develop optimal solutions,
Supervision of project inquiries until the order,
Representation of meteocontrol at national and/or international trade fairs and events.

Your profile:

Degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, communications engineering, or a related field,
Independent and structured approach to work,
Strong interest in technical problem-solving and innovation,
Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset,
Excellent communication and organizational skills,
Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership,
Comfortable working in a project-based environment,
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
