Proposal Engineer (all genders)

Permanent employee, Full-time · Dubai

Your mission:

Based on customer specifications, you will prepare offers taking into account commercial and technical requirements for the control and monitoring of photovoltaic and/or hybrid systems
You work closely with the responsible sales colleague
You develop and coordinate the solution concept with the various internal departments
The presentation of the offer to the customer together with the sales colleague responsible is also part of your tasks
You give impulses for the further development of our solutions according to the requirements of the market

Your profile:

You have a technical education or degree and initial professional experience in a relevant field, ideally with a focus on solar PV systems.
You have experience in designing and analysing solar PV systems (on-grid, off-grid, hybrid), including the interpretation of technical drawings such as site layouts and single-line diagrams.
You are able to analyse RFPs/RFIs for monitoring systems and SCADA specifications; knowledge of grid codes and basic commercial understanding are a plus.
You work independently, take ownership of your tasks, and actively contribute ideas within a fast-paced environment with short decision-making processes.
You are a team player with very good English skills, comfortable in an international environment; French and/or Arabic and experience with meteocontrol solutions are a plus.
