- You will develop customized offers for our business model and conduct negotiations with confidence – from initial contact to closing the deal.
- You will build long-term customer relationships and ensure sustainable sales growth.
- You will analyze market and regulatory developments in the BESS sector and derive strategic measures from them.
- You will develop new sales channels and business development approaches, working closely with the technical and management teams.
- You will maintain a relevant network – from EPCs and installers to energy suppliers.

Your mission:
Your profile:
- A degree in business administration, energy management, engineering, or comparable training.
- Several years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in one of the following areas: Energy, photovoltaics, energy storage, or SaaS/Energy-as-a-Service.
- Proven success in acquiring new customers and closing complex contracts.
- A good basic technical understanding of decentralized energy systems and battery storage.
- Confident manner at the decision-maker level (C-level), strong communication skills.
- You work independently, in a structured manner, and are eager to take on responsibility in a rapidly growing market.
- Very good German and English skills.
