Das erwartet dich:
Ziele der Position
Als Corporate Accountant (all genders) stellst du die fristgerechte und qualitativ hochwertige Erstellung der Konzernabschlüsse nach HGB sicher. Du entwickelst unsere Konsolidierungsprozesse kontinuierlich weiter und fungierst als kommunikative Schnittstelle zwischen unseren internationalen Tochtergesellschaften und dem Headquarter. Mit deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise und deiner Ausdauer trägst du entscheidend zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Group Accountings bei.

Kernaufgaben
  • Erstellung von konsolidierten Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Konsolidierungsprozesse und -tools (z. B. Excel, proALPHA, Konsolidierungstools)
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Anforderungen im Group Accounting
  • Ansprechpartner:in für internationale Tochtergesellschaften bei bilanziellen Fragestellungen und bei der Einführung neuer Rechnungslegungsstandards
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Prüfung des Konzernabschlusses sowie Koordination mit Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Accounting- und Controlling-Team am Hauptsitz und unseren internationalen Standorten
Das bringst du mit:
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Konzernrechnungswesen oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im HGB; IFRS-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. proALPHA) und Konsolidierungstools
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamplayer mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsfähigkeit und interkultureller Kompetenz
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation, Zielorientierung und Beharrlichkeit bei der Informationsbeschaffung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Your mission:
Purpose of the Role
As a Corporate Accountant (all genders), you ensure the timely and high-quality preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with HGB (German Commercial Code). You will drive the continuous improvement of our consolidation processes and act as a communicative interface between our international subsidiaries and the headquarters. With your structured mindset and persistence, you will play a key role in further developing our group accounting function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
  • Further development and optimization of consolidation processes and tools (e.g. Excel, proALPHA, consolidation software)
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in group accounting
  • Acting as a point of contact for subsidiaries worldwide on accounting issues and implementation of new accounting standards
  • Participation in the preparation and audit of consolidated financial statements, including coordination with external auditors
  • Close collaboration with the HQ accounting and controlling team and international offices
Your profile:
  • Several years of experience in group accounting or auditing
  • Solid knowledge of HGB; IFRS experience is a plus
  • Strong skills in Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g. proALPHA) and consolidation tools
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • A motivated team player with excellent communication skills and intercultural awareness
  • Persistent and proactive in obtaining the necessary information
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
