Junior Legal Counsel (all genders)

Das erwartet dich:
  • Du berätst Management und Fachbereiche in juristischen Fragestellungen mit Schwerpunkt auf Vertragsrecht, Datenschutz, IP, Compliance und Handelsrecht – sowohl national als auch international
  • Du prüfst, entwirfst und verhandelst Verträge wie NDAs, Absichtserklärungen, Kooperations- und Rahmenverträge, häufig in direkter Abstimmung mit Kund:innen und Partner:innen
  • Du entwickelst und pflegst rechtliche Vorlagen zur effizienten Standardisierung
  • Du beobachtest relevante Gesetzesänderungen und Rechtsprechung und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen und strategische Empfehlungen ab
  • Du arbeitest eng mit internen Abteilungen, Konzerngesellschaften und externen Kanzleien zusammen – teamübergreifende Zusammenarbeit ist ein zentraler Bestandteil deiner Rolle
  • Du unterstützt das Legal-Team bei allgemeinen Aufgaben wie dem Vertragsmanagement
Das bringst du mit:
  • Volljurist:in mit bestandenem 1. und 2. Staatsexamen oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation im deutschen Recht
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Zivil-, Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht; internationale Rechtskenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • 1–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Unternehmensjurist:in oder in einer Kanzlei, idealerweise mit Fokus auf internationales Wirtschaftsrecht
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Fähigkeit, komplexe juristische Sachverhalte verständlich darzustellen
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, Pragmatismus und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Freude an teamorientierter, auch internationaler Zusammenarbeit
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus

Your mission:
  • You advise management and business units on legal matters with a focus on contract law, data protection, IP, compliance, and commercial law – both nationally and internationally
  • You draft, review and negotiate contracts such as NDAs, letters of intent, cooperation and framework agreements, often in direct coordination with clients and partners
  • You develop and maintain legal templates to support consistent and efficient processes
  • You monitor changes in legislation and case law and derive relevant actions and strategic recommendations
  • You collaborate closely across departments, group entities, and with external counsel – cross-functional teamwork is a key part of your role
  • You support the Legal team with general tasks, including contract management
Your profile:
  • Fully qualified lawyer (1st and 2nd state exams) or comparable legal qualification under German law
  • Strong knowledge of German civil, commercial, and corporate law; additional international legal expertise is a plus
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in a corporate legal department or law firm, ideally in international business law
  • Structured and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to present complex legal matters clearly
  • Hands-on mentality, pragmatic mindset, and high attention to legal integrity
  • Enjoyment of collaborative work in cross-functional and international teams
  • Business fluent in both German and English; additional languages are an advantage
