Das erwartet dich:

Du planst, organisierst und setzt interne und externe Veranstaltungen wie Kundenevents, Messeauftritte oder interne Formate professionell um
Du unterstützt das Marketing-Team bei der strategischen und operativen Umsetzung unserer Event- und Kommunikationsaktivitäten
Du wählst und steuerst externe Dienstleister (z. B. Location, Technik, Catering, Messebau) und behältst dabei Kosten und Qualität im Blick
Du sorgst für eine reibungslose interne Abstimmung und Kommunikation rund um alle Veranstaltungsformate
Du trägst aktiv zur Stärkung unserer Markenpräsenz auf Messen und Events bei

Das bringst du mit:

Erfahrung in der Eventorganisation oder als Assistenz mit Eventbezug
Organisationstalent mit Hands-on-Mentalität und strukturierter Arbeitsweise
Kommunikationsgeschick im Umgang mit internen Teams und externen Partnern
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; idealerweise Erfahrung mit Tools wie Canva
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
Offenheit, Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen

Your mission:

Plan, organize and implement internal and external events such as customer events, trade fairs or internal formats
Support the marketing team in the strategic and operational execution of event and communication activities
Select and manage external service providers (e.g. venues, technical partners, catering, exhibition stand constructors) while keeping an eye on quality and budget
Ensure smooth internal coordination and communication around all event formats
Help strengthen meteocontrol’s brand presence at trade shows and events

Your profile:

Experience in event planning or as an assistant with event responsibilities
Strong organizational skills and a hands-on, structured work style
Confident communicator with both internal teams and external partners
Proficient in MS Office; ideally experienced with tools like Canva
Fluent in German; English skills are a plus
Open-minded, flexible and willing to travel occasionally
