Product Marketing Manager B2B (all genders)

• Further developing the positioning and messaging of our software and hardware solutions
• Translating technical product features into clear customer benefits and compelling sales pitches
• Planning and coordinating product launches and go-to-market activities in close collaboration with stakeholders from various departments
• Preparing sales materials, presentations, battle cards, product descriptions, and marketing materials
• Analyzing market trends, customer requirements, and competitors, and developing well-founded recommendations for action

• Several years of professional experience in product marketing, product management, B2B marketing, or a comparable role
• Experience in marketing or sales of technology solutions
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics in a clear, customer-focused, and persuasive manner
• Strong understanding of customer needs, markets, competitors, and sales processes
• Experience in developing positioning strategies, messaging, and go-to-market concepts
• Structured, independent, and results-oriented approach to work
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional projects, inspire others, and achieve results collaboratively
• Excellent command of German and English
