Software Developer - Typescript (all genders)

Permanent employee, Full-time · Cluj-Napoca

Your mission:

Work on the device communication for the blue’Log X-Series:

continuously improve the software architecture,
Test the written code using a simulator, remote access or real hardware,
Review development requests for feasibility,
Work closely together in a dedicated team,
Communicate with other departments, manufactures and customers.

Tools the position will be working with:

WebStorm,
Linux,
YouTrack,
Confluence,
GitLab.

Your profile:

Enthusiasm for our tech stack (Linux, WebStorm, TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js),
Hands-on experience with object-oriented programming and unit/integration testing,
Hands-on experience with version management (Git, GitLab),
Knowledge of PV devices (inverters, meters, sensors etc.) would be ideal,
Knowledge about energy storage devices (batteries, battery inverters, hybrid inverters etc.) would be an advantage,
Communication protocols, especially TCP/UDP and Modbus,
Serial communication (RS485/422),
Very good knowledge of English (mandatory must-have).
