OT Security Engineer (all genders)

Your mission:

As an OT Security Engineer, you are part of multiple customer projects at various project stages:
  • You implement integration plans for security solutions and support our technical departments with implementation,
  • You support network segmentation and system hardening efforts,
  • You perform vulnerability assessments and OT-focused penetration testing,
  • You perform threat and risk analyses, document and continuously improve security measures,
  • You collaborate with IT, engineering, and production teams,
  • You support the development of a security architecture for renewable energy plants,
  • You conduct customer and supplier discussions on security topics throughout all project phases.

Your profile:


  • Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Automation Engineering, or a related field,
  • Professional experience in in OT / ICS security,
  • Good knowledge of common communication and network protocols, as well as the functionality and procedures of modern IT architectures,
  • Good knowledge of security technologies and concepts,
  • Good knowledge of relevant standards such as IEC 62443,
  • Experience with the creation of threat models and risk analyses,
  • Experience with security tools (firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS), 
  • Hands-on mentality and structured working style, 
  • You impress with your conceptual, analytical, and meticulous working style,
  • Goal orientation and independent work complete your profile,
  • Fluent knowledge of English is mandatory.
