Your mission:

  • As a working student in our Legal Team, you will gain valuable insights into the legal practice of an international company and support us with a wide range of day-to-day legal tasks
  • You will independently conduct legal research and assist with contract reviews and the preparation of legal opinions
  • You will also contribute to the development of a structured document management system and take ownership of smaller (sub-)projects
  • This role offers you the opportunity to dive into a broad spectrum of legal topics – in an international environment and in close collaboration with our team of experienced in-house lawyers
  • In our dynamic setting with flat hierarchies, you can contribute your own ideas, take on responsibility early on, and grow both professionally and personally

Your profile:

  • You are currently studying law, business law or a comparable subject - you may even have already passed your first state exam but are still enrolled
  • You have initial knowledge of German civil, commercial, and corporate law and are eager to explore additional areas of law
  • You are confident in using MS Office as part of your daily work routine
  • You work in a structured and organized manner, present yourself with confidence, and are able to communicate complex legal matters clearly and concisely
  • You bring a hands-on mentality and approach tasks proactively, pragmatically, and with a focus on legally sound, practical solutions
  • You enjoy working in a team – especially in interdisciplinary and international settings
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile

We offer you a working student job during your studies (15-20 hours / week, during the lecture-free period also more). Your assignment can start at short notice. We can arrange the working hours flexibly.
