Specialist Technical Support - Monitoring Portal (all genders)

Your mission:

  • First and second level support for partners and distributors
  • Telephone and written customer support for the commissioning and setup of our cloud-based products
  • Answering inquiries by e-mail via our ticket system
  • Recording unsolvable problems in the bug tracking system
  • Carrying out error analyses and working out solutions in cooperation with the development department

Your profile:

  • Completed training / studies in a relevant field
  • Extensive experience in customer support in technical or SaaS environments, coupled with a strong affinity for providing exceptional, customer-oriented solutions.
  • Experience in the field of renewable energies advantageous
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Confident IT skills
