Das erwartet dich:

Du unterstützt bei der Erfüllung bzw. Verwirklichung der allgemeinen und der spezifizierten Ziele im Bereich Technical Services und bist hier in regelmäßiger Abstimmung mir dem Vorgesetzten
Du beschäftigst dich insbesondere mit der Durchführung von technischen Services für Partner, Distributoren und meteocontrol-Niederlassungen, wie z.B. die Anlageneinrichtung oder Zertifikatsbereitstellung für Direktvermarktung unter anderem
Du führst telefonische und schriftliche Abstimmung mit Kunden und Servicepartnern zur Durchführung der Servicedienstleistungen durch, sowie die Technische Beratung von Interessenten und technische Unterstützung des Vertriebs für die Angebotserstellung
Die Betreuung und Abwicklung von RMA-Fällen, sowie die Erfassung nicht lösbarer Probleme im Bugtracking System gehören zu deinen Aufgaben
Du übernimmst die Durchführung von Fehleranalysen und Erarbeitung von Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklungsabteilung

Das bringst du mit:

Du hast ein abgeschlossene Ausbildung / Meister / Techniker im Bereich Elektronik / Energietechnik / Informationselektronik oder technisches Studium
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Du besitzt Kenntnisse in der Konfiguration von WAN/LAN-Netzwerken
Erfahrung im Bereich Erneuerbare Energien vorteilhaft
Sichere EDV-Kenntnisse (Microsoft 365)

Your mission:

You support the fulfillment and realization of the general and specified goals in the area of technical services and are in regular coordination with your supervisor
In particular, you will be involved in carrying out technical services for partners, distributors and meteocontrol branches, such as setting up systems or providing certificates for direct marketing, among other things
You carry out telephone and written coordination with customers and service partners to carry out the services, as well as providing technical advice to interested parties and technical support to the sales department for the preparation of quotations
Your tasks include the support and processing of RMA cases as well as the recording of unsolvable problems in the bug tracking system
You will carry out error analyses and develop solutions in collaboration with the development department

Your profile:

You have a completed apprenticeship / master craftsman / technician in the field of electronics / energy technology / information electronics or technical studies
Very good knowledge of German and English
You have knowledge in the configuration of WAN/LAN networks
Experience in the field of renewable energies is advantageous
Secure IT skills (Microsoft 365)
