Your mission:

• You will work on the device communication for our blue’Log X-Series
• You will continously insure the improvement of the software architecture
• Testing the written code using a simulator, remote access or real hardware will be within your scope
• You have an eye for ensuring the feasibility of development requests
• Working closely together in a dedicated team and communicate with other departments, manufactures and customers is something you enjoy

Your profile:

• Degree in the field of computer science or comparable training  
• You bring enthusiasm for our tech stack (Linux, WebStorm, TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js) and you have first experiences with them
• You are hands on with version management (Git, GitLab)
• Ideally you have knowledge about:
  • PV devices (inverters, meters, sensors etc.)
    Bonus: Knowledge about energy storage devices (batteries, battery inverters, hybrid inverters etc.)
  • Communication protocols, especially TCP/UDP and Modbus
  • Serial communication (RS485/422)
• Very good knowledge of English and German
