Das erwartet dich:
  • Als kompetente:r und proaktive:r Sparringspartner:in berätst du Kolleg:innen und Führungskräfte bei allen Fragestellungen des People-Managements 
  • Du übernimmst das operative Tagesgeschäft innerhalb deines Betreuungsbereiches und begleitest den gesamten Employee Life Cycle mit Engagement und Souveränität
  • In Abstimmung mit unseren externen Lohnbuchhalter:innen bist du gemeinsam mit dem People-Team für die vorbereitende Entgeltabrechnung zuständig
  • Du erkennst und verstehst die Business-Anforderungen eines international wachsenden Unternehmens
  • Du bist Impulsgeber sowie Treiber für den Einsatz neuer, digitaler People-Prozesse und bist für die ständige Optimierung dieser mitverantwortlich
Das bringst du mit:
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Business Partner People and Culture oder vergleichbare Positionen
  • Du besitzt ein fundiertes Verständnis zentraler People-Prozesse (On- und Offboarding, Arbeitsrecht, Compensation & Benefits, vorbereitende Entgeltabrechnung etc.)
  • Du hast Lust auf neue anspruchsvolle Herausforderungen sowie die Arbeit in einem dynamischen und internationalen Umfeld und kannst dich gleichzeitig auch für den administrativen Teil des Personalmanagements begeistern
  • Englisch und Deutsch ist für dich in der täglichen Anwendung selbstverständlich
  • Du hast eine ausgeprägte Hands-on Mentalität gepaart mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch
  • Du passt zu uns, wenn du ein pragmatischer Typ bist, „outside the box“ denken kannst und für dich Humor auch kein Fremdwort ist

Your mission:
  • As a competent and proactive sparring partner, you advise colleagues and managers on all people management issues 
  • You take on the day-to-day operational business within your area of responsibility and accompany the entire employee life cycle with commitment and aplomb
  • In coordination with our external payroll accountants, you are responsible for preparatory payroll accounting together with the People team
  • You recognize and understand the business requirements of an internationally growing company
  • You are the initiator and driver for the use of new, digital people processes and are jointly responsible for their continuous optimization
Your profile:
  • Several years of experience as Business Partner People and Culture or comparable positions
  • You have a sound understanding of central people processes (onboarding and offboarding, labor law, compensation & benefits, preparatory payroll accounting, etc.)
  • You are keen to take on new and demanding challenges and work in a dynamic and international environment and are also enthusiastic about the administrative side of HR management
  • English and German are a matter of course for you in your daily work
  • You have a strong hands-on mentality paired with high quality standards
  • You will fit in with us if you are a pragmatic type, can think “outside the box” and are no stranger to humor
